Bo Lange assists in coordinating the North American, Asian and European research and recruiting practices of Lordstone Corporation.   Bo hails from Sweden and moved to America with his family in 1987.  He holds a BA degree in Biblical Education which he received from Florida Bible College and a Masters in Divinity, which he received from Garett Theological Seminary.  With cultural insights and language abilities in German, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish, Bo is able to successfully complete assignments across a

broad spectrum of countries.

Bo and his wife, Diana reside in

Escanaba, Michigan and have

three grown children Caroline,

Markus and Daniel.

Martin Hawley assists in coordinating the North American business development practices of Lordstone Corporation.  Martin is a forth generation native of Southwest Florida and attended Edison Community College, The University of South Florida and the Nazarene Bible College.  Martin is an accomplished student with the Goldratt Institute specializing in Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints.  He has over 15 years of organizational and upper management experience, including being the Founder,

President & CEO of International

Collection Service, Inc., a

commercial collection agency

with sales exceeding $139 million.  
 

Martin, his wife Kimberly and

three sons Jason, Craig, and

Stephen reside in Bonita Springs,

Florida.

Linda Ketchum joined Lordstone Corporation shortly after the companies founding in 1998 and currently directs the internal management of all client assignments and communications.  Over the last 9 years, Linda has worked closely with senior level decision makers, including CEO’s, Presidents and Vice Presidents, within a variety of industries worldwide including automation &

industrial machinery, automotive,

plastics, metal stamping,

machining, forest products and

textiles.

Linda attended Olivet Nazarene

University, Kankakee, Illinois and

Eckerd College, St. Petersburg,

Florida.  She is the former

Executive Secretary of the

President of Olivet Nazarene

University and the former

Executive Assistant of the

Director of World Vision, Australia. 

Jeff Ketchum administers and manages the firm.  He originally got his start in the industry in 1989 when he was hired as a research analyst within the Florida offices of a national executive search firm.  Several years later he joined the Troy, Michigan offices of the same firm, where he conducted numerous projects within the automation, automotive, consumer products, banking and manufacturing sectors.

Jeff, his wife of 16 years and 4 boys reside in Gladstone, Michigan,

which is located approximately 120

miles north of Green Bay, Wisconsin.
