Lordstone Executive Outplacement
is a Florida based outplacement firm delivering private personal
service within an industry known for its group mentality.
Established in 1998, we have sought to provide career services
of the highest quality throughout the world.
As executive outplacement consultants, we are hired to assist
those executives who have been downsized by counseling and
coaching them throughout the job search process. We structure
and deliver outplacement services differently than programs
offered by national firms in that:

We take a personal approach
in delivering our services privately with each executive rather
than via group sessions. This enables each executive to
personally absorb the outplacement methodology and obtain all
the guidance and support that is needed.
Affordability is a key
component in the structure of our programs.
We begin each program with an in-person briefing and program
overview session that generally lasts 3-4 hours depending upon
the executive. This is followed up by weekly counseling and
coaching sessions conducted via phone. Daily email support is
also provided. Local office space and virtual secretarial
services can also be provided for an additional cost.
All of our programs are personally delivered by Jeff Ketchum, a
20+ year veteran of the executive search business. Mr. Ketchum
has counseled thousands of individuals ($60-$500K) in their job
searches throughout a variety of industrials including:
